What People Are Saying…
Jamie is amazing. Over the past year, working with her, my pelvic floor feels stronger and healthier. She teaches me exercises that I can do to get even stronger. Jamie is also so warm, caring compassionate about her clients and I feel like I can just ask her anything and she won’t think I’m nuts. Lol. She’s so knowledgeable and just amazing at her skill set. I’m lucky to have found her on FB Moms Group. She’s been a godsend for me. Oh…. And she even greets you with the most beautiful flowers on occasion. Love her!!!!— H.F.
Choosing to work with Katie was a great decision for my breastfeeding journey. Her expertise and compassion were evident right away. She took the time to understand my concerns and provided clear, practical guidance that made a significant difference. Her support not only helped me overcome initial challenges but also boosted my confidence as a new mom. I'm incredibly grateful for Katie and highly recommend her to any new parent seeking expert guidance and encouragement in breastfeeding - Anonymous
“As a PA in Gastroenterology, I see patients with fecal incontinence or chronic constipation which may be related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Dr. Jamie Bennett has always been our top choice for our patients for pelvic floor therapy. Our patients trust her and have great results. As providers, we also receive great communication from her. I would highly recommend Dr. Bennett”

An amazing group across the board! I am so grateful to have met Dr. Bennett after a bad delivery experience and was treated all throughout my subsequent pregnancy. Having someone who will come to your home and treat you is amazing but to have someone as kind, gentle and knowledgeable as Dr Bennett has been a true blessing. They also have Katie who is an IBCLC lactation consultant who also does in home visits. The first few days and weeks post partum are such a touchy time, especially if you are struggling with breastfeeding. Katie really helped me reset a few things and made a big difference with my milk supply. Overall I wish more women had access to pelvic floor and lactation care but to have one practice do both with such talented practitioners is invaluable. - T.R.
I can't recommend Jamie highly enough. She communicates well both prior and during the appointment, she listens to what you feel and best of all--she helps make everything better. I am so glad that I found such a great professional who will come home to my home and treat me like family.

Working with Jamie had been fantastic. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and effective! I worked with her during my second pregnancy and wish I could go back in time and work with her during my first. Getting treatment from a pelvic floor pt was daunting at first but working with Jamie was so comfortable it made keeping up with treatment easy. - C.R
Working with Jamie was key to getting back to my physical lifestyle pre-baby. Pelvic floor therapy isn't talked about enough, but it should be part of your pre and post motherhood journey! Thanks to Jamie, I have less pain, and more understand and confidence in my body. And having a newborn is HARD, so the fact that she comes to you and works with you in your own space - service above and beyond! Highly recommend!
**Life-Changing Postpartum Recovery Thanks to Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy!**
After giving birth, I started experiencing discomfort that made even a short five-minute walk painful. I later learned I had pelvic organ prolapse — something I hadn’t even known to look out for. It was scary, overwhelming, and disheartening. That’s when I found Jamie, a pelvic floor physical therapist who completely changed the course of my recovery.
From the very first session, Jamie was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. She not only helped me understand what was going on with my body, but also gave me the tools, exercises, and confidence I needed to start healing. Her approach was personalized, respectful, and deeply empowering.
Within just a few weeks, the pain began to ease. And now — I still can’t believe this — I’m going for long walks over an hour without ANY discomfort. That’s something I didn’t think would be possible until many months later!
If you grew a kiddo, regardless of how the kiddo was birthed, I cant recommend seeing a pelvic floor specialist enough - Jamie made me feel seen, supported, and strong again. It’s not just about healing — it’s about reclaiming your body and your life. You *deserve* to feel good again!
