Pelvic Health Physical Therapy

Experience pelvic floor physical therapy and/or orthopedic physical therapy services in the comfort and safety of your own home, office or gym. You deserve to invest in yourself.

Pelvic Health physical therapy includes treatment of stress urinary incontinence, urge urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, fecal incontinence, constipation, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic floor muscle retraining and much more. Treatment includes manual therapy (both internal and external), exercise prescription, activity modification, ergonomic assessment and adjustment and more.

Traditional physical therapy services offered, including your initial evaluation, followed by treatment sessions as needed. Optional treatment packages or membership available upon request. Dry needling certified in all locations.

IBCLC Lactation Services

Work with our lactation consultant, Elizabeth Simmons, to learn during the prenatal period as well as the postpartum period how to best meet your lactation and infant feeding needs.

Immediate Postpartum Telehealth Visit

For postpartum mothers, we offer a 30 minute Telehealth Physical Therapy Session immediately upon your return home from the hospital with baby(ies).

Session includes but is not limited to: Birth story/history (to check that box off for in person evaluation), lifting baby mechanics, nursing ergonomics, picking up carseat, diastasis precautions, return to exercise precautions, exercises that ARE safe to resume, red flags to watch out for and eduction regarding why we have guidelines to wait to do certain activities...

Physical Therapy Membership

Looking to continue with your physical therapy journey with consistent care, priority scheduling and personalized exercise programming? Limited number of membership options are available which include 2 visits per month, priority scheduling, personalized exercise programming and more. Term limits vary.

Personalized Strength Training

Upon completing your care, extend your fitness journey with personalized strength training plans crafted by your physical therapist. If you find yourself not fully prepared to resume independent exercise after achieving your physical therapy goals, let your PT tailor a monthly program specifically for you.
