Dr. Madison Pessel, PT, DPT, CSCS

Madison is a pediatric physical therapist passionate about helping children move, play, and grow to their fullest potential. A NoVA native, She earned her bachelor’s in Biology with a minor in Physical Therapy studies at James Madison University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NYU. Madison has experience treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, including developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism, toe walking, torticollis, and more.

Using play-based, evidence-driven therapy, Madison creates individualized plans that make therapy fun while improving mobility, strength, and confidence. She also integrates lifestyle and movement strategies to support long-term wellness.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys staying active with her husband snowboarding, wake-surfing, and taking their dog, Ollie on morning walks.
