Dr. Caitlin Bohnert, PT, DPT
Originally from Redlands, California, Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Science from California Baptist University in 2016 before completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at The George Washington University in 2019. Her passion for women’s health grew after becoming a mother herself, inspiring her to help women navigate orthopedic conditions related to pregnancy and the postpartum period with confidence and support.
Caitlin believes in providing individualized, patient-centered care focused on helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them. She utilizes a combination of hands-on treatment techniques, therapeutic exercise, and dry needling to create personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals and long-term wellness.
Her clinical interests include general orthopedics, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pediatrics, and sports medicine. Caitlin has completed additional training through Herman & Wallace in pelvic floor rehabilitation and continues to expand her knowledge in women’s health and musculoskeletal care.
Caitlin lives in Burke, Virginia with her husband, two children, and dog. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, bird watching, and caring for her growing collection of plants. A former competitive golfer and CrossFit athlete, she now stays active keeping up with her kids and family adventures. goes here
